NBI Rewards Promotion

  1. The promoter of the “Mature and New Incentive Campaign” (the “Promotion”) NBI Infrastructure DAC (the “Promoter”) a company registered in Ireland, with company number 631656 and whose registered office is at 3009 Lake Drive, Citywest, Dublin 24, D24H6RR and the administrator of the Rewards Promotion is WIN|WIN (the “Administrator”).
  2. The Promotion will commence at 00:00 on 09 February 2026 and run until 23:59 on 31 March 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).
  3. To be eligible to participate in the Promotion you must be a resident of Republic of Ireland who is at least eighteen years of age (“Eligible Customer”).
  4. By participating in this promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
  5. The Promoter is offering qualifying Eligible Customers who order fibre broadband on the NBI network via a participating retail service provider (RSP) within the Promotion Period an incentive for taking part. (the “Reward”)
  6. Additional terms and conditions / How to use for each of the Rewards are set out in the reward.  
  7. Any issues relating to the reward during registration, redemption or after it has been issued must be addressed directly between the recipient and WIN|WIN nbirewards@winwin.ie
  8. In order to claim the Reward (the “Claim for Reward”) Eligible Customers must:
    • register on rewards.nbi.ie
    • wait for their fibre broadband to be installed by their retail service provider at their premises; and
    • have the NBI service installed, activated and remain connected with their chosen provider for a minimum of 14 consecutive days (the “Qualifying Period”); and
  9. Once this Qualifying Period has passed, follow the link in the email issued by the Administrator to the email address provided at the time of registration within 90 days of the end of Qualifying Period (the “Claim Period”) and select their Reward.
  10. Eligibility will be verified by the Administrator.
  11. The Reward is issued in link format and you will have the option to choose (1) A retail gift with a €50 value, list of retailers below, (2) One 12-month subscription to GAA+ valued at €95, (3) A discount for your yearly subscription to the Irish Farmers Association (IFA) up to the value of €95 (If the membership costs more than €95 you are responsible for this additional payment)
  12. The chosen Reward will be issued approximately 14 days after the Eligible Customer selects their Reward and will be delivered by email, using the contact information provided at the time of registration on rewards.nbi.ie
  13. If the Reward is not redeemed within the Claim Period, the Eligible Customer will be deemed to have forfeited any right or entitlement to the Reward. Eligible Customers shall adhere to these Promotion Terms.
  14. Redemption of the Reward may only be made within the Claim Period.
  15. The Promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to disqualify claims for Rewards which it considers do not comply with these Promotion Terms.
  16. The Promoter shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid Claims for Rewards including, without limitation, to require further verification as to proof of purchase, as well as the identity, age and other relevant details of an Eligible Customer. In the event the Eligible Customer information is linked to fraudulent claims or abuse of these Promotion Terms, the Eligible Customer will be unable to participate in this Promotion and the claim for Reward will be rejected.
  17. If an Eligible Customer terminates their fibre broadband service on the NBI network before submitting a Claim for Reward, the Eligible Customer cannot make a Claim for Reward.
  18. Bar the IFA, the Promotor does not share personal data of any Eligible Customer with a Retailer. The Promotor only shares personal data with the IFA for the purposes of facilitating the Eligible Customer making a Claim for Reward.
  19. The Administrator processes the personal data of Eligible Customers on behalf of the Promoter. Other than as set out in these Promotion Terms, the details and information provided by the Eligible Customer when entering the Promotion or making a Claim for Reward will not be used for any other purpose by the Promoter and the Administrator.
  20.   21. The Promoter shall accept no liability for loss or damage to personal property possessions or injuries or other incidents to Eligible Customers which may occur in connection with this Promotion.
  22. The Promoter’s decision in respect of any matter concerning this Promotion is final and shall be binding on all Eligible Customers.
  23. The Promoter reserves the right to vary these Terms & Conditions and to withdraw, amend, or suspend this Promotion at any time without prior notice.
  24. The Promoter will not be responsible or liable for: (a) any failure to receive submissions due to transmission failures and other conditions beyond its reasonable control; (b) any late, lost, misrouted, or damaged transmissions or Claims for Rewards; (c) any computer or communications related malfunctions or failures; (d) any disruptions, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of the Promoter; or (e) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Promotion.
  25. This Promotion is not available to existing fibre broadband customers using the NBI network immediately prior to the start of the Promotion Period.
  26. This Promotion is not available to existing fibre broadband customers who change any of their fibre broadband services on the NBI network during the Promotion Period.
  27. Rewards will only be issued once the Eligible Customer has had their line activated and passed the Qualifying Period.
  28. This Promotion is limited to one Reward per premises validated by Eircode.
  29. This Promotion is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be provided. When the Reward has been claimed by an Eligible Customer and issued to the Eligible Customer, it cannot be cancelled or exchanged for another gift card or for any other product or cash.
  30. Rewards are subject to availability, and all gift cards and discount codes are subject to their own terms and conditions.
  31. These Promotion Terms shall be governed by the laws of Ireland and are subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish Courts.

NBI Refer a Friend

  1. The promoter of the “Refer a Friend Promotion” (the “Promotion”) NBI Infrastructure DAC (the “Promoter”) a company registered in Ireland, with company number 631656 and whose registered office is at 3009 Lake Drive, Citywest, Dublin 24, D24H6RR and the administrator of the Rewards Promotion is Scream Limited (t/a WIN|WIN) Unit 3, Argyle Square, Donnybrook, Dublin 4, Ireland, D04 DC64 (the “Administrator”).
  2. The Promotion will commence at 00:00 on 09 February 2026 and run until 23:59 on 31 March 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).
  3. To be eligible to participate in the Promotion (an “Eligible Customer”) you must:
    • be a resident of Republic of Ireland who is at least eighteen years of age;
    • be an existing customer who is fully connected to the NBI network™ via a participating Retail Service Provider (RSP) and have passed the 14-day cooling off period in respect of that service;
  4. Register for marketing updates from the Promoter at nbi.winwin.ie/referafriend and
  5. Refer a friend by sharing your personalised link(s).
  6. The individual referred through the Refer a Friend campaign (the “Friend”) must be a resident of Republic of Ireland who is at least eighteen years of age and must not be an existing customer connected to services on the NBI network™ immediately prior to the date of the referral.
  7. By participating in this promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
  8. You warrant and confirm that the referral does not breach any duty you (or any third party) may owe to any other person or organisation.
  9. You agree to refund on demand (without any time limit) any reward where you are found to be in breach of these terms.
  10. The Promoter shall not be liable arising out of or in connection with this Promotion or (i) any loss of or damage to profit, revenue, savings, data, use, contract, goodwill or business or (ii) any indirect or consequential loss or damage, in each case howsoever caused or arising.
  11. The Promoter is offering qualifying Eligible Customers and a Friend (together, the “Participants”) one of the following incentives each (the “Reward”):

    • wait for their fibre broadband to be installed by their retail service provider at their premises; and
    • have the NBI service installed, activated and remain connected with their chosen provider for a minimum of 14 consecutive days (the “Qualifying Period”).
  15. Once this Qualifying Period has passed, the Participants must go to nbi.winwin.ie/referafriend within 90 days of the end of Qualifying Period (the “Claim Period”) and select their Reward.
  16. Eligibility will be verified by the Administrator.
  17. The chosen Reward will be issued approximately 14 days after the Participants select their Reward and will be delivered by email, using the contact information provided at the time of registration on nbi.winwin.ie/referafriend.
  18. If the Reward is not redeemed within the Claim Period, the relevant Participant will be deemed to have forfeited any right or entitlement to the Reward. Participants shall adhere to these Promotion Terms.

  33. This Promotion is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be provided. When the Reward has been claimed by an Eligible Customer and issued to the Participants, it cannot be cancelled or exchanged for another gift card or for any other product or cash.
  34. Rewards are subject to availability, and all gift cards and discount codes are subject to their own terms and conditions.
  35. These Promotion Terms shall be governed by the laws of Ireland and are subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish Courts.
